Age Range: Adult
Hunni is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves devouring chew toys and chasing her tail. Though she’s two years old, she could easily be mistaken for a puppy, given her smaller size and puppy-like exuberance.
A house with a yard would be ideal for Hunni, as she needs space to run around and have fun. She thrives on human attention and can easily develop separation anxiety, so she’ll need owners who are willing and able to spend a good deal of time with her.
Despite the fearsome reputation of pit bulls, Hunni doesn’t have a vicious bone in her body, except when it comes to chew toys. But she does have a habit of snatching toys out of people’s hands, and could accidentally hurt someone that way. Fortunately she’s eager to please, so training her shouldn’t be too difficult.
Anyone who’s considering adopting a pit bull must be mindful of local breed-specific legislation. There may be public places, like parks or certain neighborhoods, where pit bulls may not be allowed.
